Onyinye has been an advocate of equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout her career.
Being black, female and dyslexic has enabled her to have personal experience on issues surrounding the topic of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and she is keen to provide clients with an authentic education that will allow them to improve their EDI policies and practices. Onyinye’s EDI work includes reviewing policy’s and providing recommendations that will help create change. She hosts workshops and helps clients develop programmes that can be delivered to their employees. Onyinye collaborates with clients to help them amplify their EDI practices. An example of a recent collaboration Onyinye did is with Asana where she showcased how their products help neurodivergent people stay organised.
